Shipping Costs & Returns

$10 flat rate shipping nationwide, or FREE delivery when you spend $400 or more.

Free returns available - while we rarely receive returns thanks to our careful curation, we offer hassle-free returns if you're genuinely unsatisfied with wine quality.

Delivery Timeframes

Metro Areas (Central Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch): 1-2 business days
Regional Areas: 2-3 business days
Rural Delivery: Up to 7 business days

Our wines are warehoused nationwide, allowing us to select the closest starting point for efficient delivery. We personally coordinate logistics to minimize delivery time and ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.

Rural delivery timing: We get wine to most NZ rural depots within 2-3 days, then local rural delivery services typically add 3-4 additional days. We understand rural delivery challenges and appreciate your patience.

Delivery Terms

Order Processing: We dispatch orders within 3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Age Verification: All wine deliveries require recipients to be 18+ with valid ID (NZ Driver's Licence or Passport) as per our liquor licence requirements.

Delivery Restrictions: No alcohol delivery on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day. No deliveries between 11pm-6am any day.

Delivery Completion: Delivery is complete when products reach your specified address. If no one is present, wine will be left at the delivery location in secure packaging.

Missing Items: Contact us within 48 hours if your order appears incomplete - we'll resolve any issues immediately.
