Albert Bichot Chablis is a classic, unoaked Chardonnay from the northern tip of Burgundy, all citrus and chalky minerality.
Chablis | Family House Since 1831 | Steely Chardonnay
Tasting Notes
Exceptionally fresh nose with notes of lemon and a hint of minerality. The palate is flavourful, bold and chiselled, featuring a long, mineral finish.
Textbook Chablis: pure, dry and built around its cool-climate minerality.
Why you'll love it: it is the benchmark white for seafood, with a clean, chalky drive that no warm-climate Chardonnay can copy.
About Albert Bichot
Albert Bichot is a historic Burgundy house, founded in Beaune in 1831 and still family-owned, now run by the sixth generation under Albéric Bichot. It is one of the region's larger names, farming around 100 hectares of certified-organic vineyards across six estates that stretch from Chablis in the north to Beaujolais in the south, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay at its heart. The house is also the leading buyer at the historic Hospices de Beaune charity auction.
Perfect with oysters, prawns, or crab, or simply on its own as an aperitif.
