Traditional Method | Alsace Crémant | Premium French Fizz, Great Value
Tasting Notes
On the nose, this Crémant is fine and delicate showing aromas of sliced green apple, lemon and blanched almonds. Beautifully dry and biscuity, it is crisp and bright, medium bodied with a fine bead. The perfect aperitif when served chilled.
A crisp, biscuity Alsace Crémant with the finesse of far pricier French sparkling.
Why you'll love it: it gives you proper traditional-method elegance, dry, fine-beaded and endlessly drinkable, for a fraction of Champagne money.
The Blend
A traditional Alsace blend of 42% Auxerrois, 22% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Blanc, 9% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Gris, made by the same method as Champagne, with a second fermentation in the bottle that gives the wine its fine, persistent bubbles and gentle biscuity character.
