Tasting Notes: The wine is white gold in colour with a fine and persistent sparkle. A nose of great complexity offering notes of beeswax, candied lemon, honeysuckle and hawthorn followed by aromas of toast and orange. A lively attack that gives way to a creamy and elegant palate with notes of candied lemon and honeysuckle. Best served between 9°C and 11°C

About Laurent Perrier: A brand expanded by smart women. The House of Laurent-Perrier was founded in 1812 by André Michel Pierlot and took the name Vve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, the widow of Eugène Laurent, combined the two family names after she decided to expand the business.
Eugénie Hortense Laurent, her daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise Lanson de Nonancourt in 1939.
Currently, Laurent Perrier is overseen by Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt. This generation of brilliant women were daughters of Bernard de Nonancourt, said to be the creator of Laurent Perrier as it is known today.
