Tasting Notes

This Shiraz displays a deep red hue. The lifted, vibrant aromas reveal notes of plum, blackberry, and a hint of sweet spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, offering bright, inviting flavours of blackberry and blueberry, complemented by sweet nuances of nutmeg and clove and a touch of savoury complexity. The palate is elegant, with luscious fruit supported by very fine-grained tannins. With its ample flavour, poise, and balance, the wine finishes with impressive length and persistence.

The Fabric Series nods to Kirsten's Scottish heritage and the textile town of Paisley near Glasgow.
