Tasting Notes

From Central Otago, Emperor brut has beautiful notes of lemon meringue, complemented by bee's wax and honey characters. Aromatics are wild herbs, honeycomb, and biscuit yeast characters. The palate is well balanced with lemon, pineapple building to a creamy mid-palate, tapering off to an elegant finish which exudes finesse. Vegan friendly.
