A flavourful and intense Chardonnay with bright ginger spice, orange zest and layers of white peach and nectarine. A vintage to enjoy now or put away for a rainy day. Elegant and refreshing, but with richness that reveals itself with each glass.

The Blend

100% Chardonnay from Shaw + Smith’s estate vineyards in Balhannah, Lenswood and Piccadilly. Fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. Barrel selection focused on finesse, line and length.

Pair it With

Whole lobster with butter and herbs. Or just good conversation. This is a wine that elevates the moment.
